le rossignol – look to your kitchen…

Friends went twice to Le Rossignol, the jolly French bistro in Riverside and ate well. The third time, they didn’t. They asked staff what was going on and were told that the chef Jeremie Sequinot had the night off. Question: why doesn’t he have a competent kitchen?

My kitchen is very competent thank you. I’m sorry for your displeasure but we all need time off to recoup and share family time. We are not machine contrary to your belief. Obviously you have nothing better to do than write about your misfortunes and complain and bitch about your friends time out, but i do promise that if you return, your time or your friends time will be better off when i am there. Sorry to disappoint.

Would hate to think customers don’t go back to Le Rossignol because of one disappointing dinner, that’s all…..

Thank you for that. We really do work our butts off for our customers satisfaction and perhaps we have an off night here and there but i will say that i have a staff that really cares about our product and are very proud about what we do.
    Thank you
