don’t trust google listings

I credited Garuda on Eglinton with Indonesian menu. Took info from extensive listings on Google. In fact Garuda is shuttered. Sharp reminder not to trust Google info.

One Response to don’t trust google listings

  1. A Fan says:

Don’t blame Google, as there is nothing called “Google Listings”. All Google does is return search results from content found on other websites. I think what you mean to say is that you can’t trust everything you read on the internet (which is very true). Your likely “source” was the bridal.ca website, which still incorrectly lists the $19.95 Rijsttafel dish at Garuda. Until bridal.ca removes this information, Google will continue to have it appear in their search results.

Thanks and continued success with your restaurant reviews!
